Brittany Hargest Takes Next Step with
“Love All the Way”
October 3, 2011 by boomrethink
For 10 years, Brittany Hargest was part of teen Christian band Jump 5. The band played well to tweens and teens with feel-good dance pop with faith messages in the lyrics.
Brittany’s first solo album Love All The Way shows the singer taking the next logical and artistic step. Unlike other young artist who attempt to go from “kid music” to “adult contemporary” in a single leap, Brittany has stepped but not over-stepped in her 10-song set released on SoulStride Records.
“Critical” starts the album and is one of the better cuts. It’s a dynamic dance song that calls the listener to examine the critical nature of the times in which we live. Along the slower ballad line is “You Met Me,” which really showcases that Brittany is a gifted singer Other notables are “He Can,” which speaks of God’s ability even in our weakness and the title track “Love All the Way.”
Brittany does not attempt to reinvent the wheel. She is taking her audience on the next step up as she and they grow together. No doubt, many who never heard of Jump 5 are going to come along for the journey. The album is a good listen and it points to better and (not trying to sound condescending) more mature work in the future.
Love All The Way is a great album for tween, teens and up who like dance-inspired pop Christian music.
Revealution Ministries is a non-profit, Christian organization founded upon the scripture in Mark 16:15 that tells us to, “Go and preach the good news to everyone in the world.” (CEV) And in case you’re wondering ‘Revealution’ is not a typo. We spelled it that way on purpose. Here’s why: It is our desire and goal to start a revolution by revealing the love and gospel of Christ throughout the world, through music. For this reason we named it, “Revealution Ministries”. Here at Revealution Ministries, it’s very important to us to minister in music, not just perform it.
Revealution Ministries Mission: “Joyfully changing the world by revealing God’s love, mercy and salvation to all through music.”

Life's a lot like jumping out of an airplane with a parachute; You better do this thing right! Our destiny is not to be decided but discovered. What were you born to do? Seek God and He will show you.
A study was done on 95 year olds. They were asked if they could do it all again what would they do differently. They answered: Reflect more, risk more and do more that would live on after they were gone. Don't just exist, live! “Life's but a vapor.” (James 4:14)
